Lancaster Gate, Georgian Dolls House, that was made by Anglesey Dolls Houses.
It is a four storey house, with a front opening mansard roof and three gabled dormers. It is crafted in quality plywood.
There are eight rooms, plus I brought the basement as an extra, and there are another three rooms.
All rooms measure 14 3/8 inches length, by 11 inches wide, and 8 1/2 high. Each with a removable six panel door, opening onto a hallway or landing.
I am selling this, as I have moved house, and have no room to put this house. I didn't get round to finishing off the electrics or the house, but nearly all the house is electrified. The house itself needs all the doors fitting etc. I am selling it as seen, as it would need an enthusiast to complete the house.
I also have the Transformer for the electrics. All the pieces for finishing the dolls house are in a box. There is are couple of areas that need attention, as through moving house one of the wooden inside window panes got broken into pieces, and although I have the bits, they will have to be glued back together, or make a new inside frame. The main steps leading down from the house, one of the pillars needs re fixing to the wood. As can be seen the house was half painted lemon, but was never finished. It needs TLC and will be lovely restored as it should look.
I have some light fittings that are included too, which are unopened, and a chandelier and wall lights, plus an outside street light.
The house stands 4ft 2" and is 2ft 7" wide.
The same house is priced on internet sites at £749. I also brought the Basement, the transformer and other bits it came to over £1000.
