This gorgeous Victorian farmhouse 1:12 scale dollhouse is in excellent condition. The house features two porches, working doors, an opening wall section for side access, and lots of fixtures including three mirrors. The house is wired for electricity (standard 1:12 scale) and features five lights and two outlets.





Every door, trim piece, rail, and window frame has been lovingly hand-painted and assembled and the house is "move-in ready." Just add dolls and furnishings! Includes original assembly instructions and custom-made plexiglass dust shield for the back of the house.
