Hi everyone! My name is Cyndy and miniatures are a lifelong interest for me. I have been handcrafting them since the early 70's. Back in the days before polyclay and the internet! I have several dollhouses - a prairie farmhouse, toy shop and general store are all awaiting a major overhaul. (Several moves and invasions by mice have not been kind.) My haunted house and Santa house are complete - well, as complete as any mini project ever is. This year I've been making vignettes - a 25th anniversary scene for my sister and a 90th birthday vignette for my Mother-in-law. I'm now working on a garden vignette for my Mom's birthday. All in all, more than enough to keep me busy in what little spare time I find. Glad to be here!

Hi Cindy,
your projects sound great, I would love to see them !
For me, my miniatures are like paintings, I always finish a project, before I start the next one and I never change anything in a setting, since I declared it finished.
In some of my roomboxes I glue down everything, so nobody can ever have the idea to change anything, LOL !
Many miniaturists say that a dollshouse is never finished, I can not agree, mine are finished.
