Hi to everyone

Hi my name is Dawn I have been making/collecting miniatures for several years. At present I am working (still) on a seven room house made by Anglesey Dolls Houses. Almost complete is a 1/48th tearoom with living accommadation above. Still in boxes are a 1/24th shop and various other "one day" projects.

Which Anglesey house have you got ? Are they still in business ? It is so quiet around them ?
I have got their victorian house with a two shop basement.

Hi Elly,

I think the name of my Anglesey dolls house is Longbourne house. Although I have had it several years it is far from complete This is partly because I have changed my mind more than once on what era I want the interior to be. I have now decided it is to be quite modern but no particular decade. (hope that makes sense)

At present I have no pic's of it, but will post some of my 1/4 scale Tearoom.

Sadly I don't think Anglesey dolls houses are still in business.

Hi Dawn nice to meet you. I, too, have an Anglesey dolls house, the victoria villa like Elly. Sadly Bill Hartley passed away a few years ago and I believe his step son kept it going for a while but they nolonger trade now. It is a shame as they are beautiful and well made houses.

I would like to see some photos some time. I have not (yet) ventured into scales smaller than 1/12th. Though I do have some beer bottles that are probably 1/24th scale. (A miscalculation while working on a vignette.)
